3" x 4" Offset Closet Flange

The 3" x 4" Offset Closet Flange is one the items that Plastic Oddities developed, pioneered, and introduced to the plumbing trade. The 3”x 4” Offset Toilet Flange is designed to allow at least a 2” margin of error in roughing in a toilet. Helps place the toilet where it should be in relationship to the wall and/or cabinets.  The flange solvent welds over 3 or inside 4 schedule 40 DWV PVC pipe. The opening for drainage wastes is as much as straight or conventional flanges. The flange helps correct rough in drain pipe placement by allowing 2 inches of adjustment if toilet is:

A)     If the drain pipe is roughed in too far away from the wall so that the water tank and commode are set out too far; adjust the commode to the wall by using the plastic offset flange

B)      If the drain pipe is roughed in too close to the wall so that the water tank can’t fit for lack of room; adjust it away from the wall by using the plastic offset flange

C)      If the drain pipe is set too far to the right and you need to maintain the room balance by moving your commode to the left; you can do this a couple of inches by using the plastic offset flange

D)     If the drain pipe is set too far to the left and you need to maintain the room balance by moving the commode to the right; you can do this a couple of inches by using the plastic offset flange
