Shipping Policy

Wholesale Industrial Supply strives to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Due to current supply chain issues, items that are ordered may not be in stock. Please contact us to ask about availability. If we are not able to ship your order in a timely manner, we will email you to give you an update.

Wholesale Industrial Supply ships orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia with the following shipping options:

1. Free Shipping on orders over $199. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery.

To qualify for free shipping, your order merchandise total needs to be at least $199. Small orders are more expensive to fulfill, so you will have to pay a shipping charge on orders under $199 – which means that ordering more at one time will definitely get you better value.



2. Standard Shipping Rate. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for delivery.



3. FedEx 2-Day Rate. Please allow 2 business days for delivery.

To make sure we can get items marked with 2-day delivery to you in two days, you need to place your order by 10:00 a.m. EST. Keep in mind that two days means two business days. FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes. All shipping addresses should include a street address, city, state and postal code.



4. Fixed Shipping Rate for oversized items. Items requiring special shipping and handling will have a fixed shipping rate per item.



When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once the package leaves our distribution center, we have the same tracking access that you do. We cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, and changes to orders or bad weather. We do not cover lost, stolen or missing packages that are not insured. Your order is filled and packed with great care. If damage has occurred during shipping, please Contact Us with the details within 48 hours of the delivery.
